Sharing My Experience

The past couple of months have been the absolute worst of my life. I honestly cannot look back on any other event in my life that has shaken me as hard as the loss of my pregnancy. It has completely flipped my world upside down. There are so many more questions than answers and even though it's been 8 weeks, and I feel close to acceptance, little things can still bring the pain back so fresh and in my face that I'm reduced to tears. But I know I'm not alone. I've known this all along, but it was made vivid to me last night. That's why I've decided I'm going to share my experience in a number of installments on this blog, in the hopes that some poor soul who has to go through this in the future might stumble upon my words and find an inkling of comfort. Stay tuned...
